Michael is the CEO of Great Place to Work for All®. Great Place to Work for All® serves over 10,000 companies a year in over 50 countries. Previously he served as President of the8Factors, an online learning organization, as well as CEO of Clark Sustainable Resource Developments, and CEO of Tetra Tech Communications which he grew from $40 million to $300 million in revenues. Michael is a founding board member of the private equity seed-fund, Fund Good Jobs, and taught entrepreneurship courses at Stanford University and Mills College. Michael is also a member of President Obama's White House Business Council..

Harald Hansen

Chief Financial Officer

As our CFO, Harald makes the obscurities of finance easy to grasp. He comes to us with a variety of skills ranging from strategic financial planning, analysis, and treasury. When he isn’t keeping budget and forecasting on track, he’s exploring the outdoors trying to find the connection between the everyday and the eternal—but seldom succeeds.

Chinwe Onyeagoro

President

Chinwe serves as President of Great Place to Work®. She works with executives in successfully executing business strategy through developing high-trust, high performance cultures. Her executive advisory work with Great Place to Work® includes multi-billion dollar technology, telecom, financial services, and bio-pharma companies. She has worked for two top management consultancies (McKinsey & Company and The Monitor Group – acquired by Deloitte in 2013). She serves on the boards of private equity firms and lending institutions that have invested over a $1 Billion in small and medium enterprises that create good jobs in communities. She holds an A.B. in Economics and East Asian Studies from Harvard University and is a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute.

Ann leads the global brand development and marketing communications strategy to drive revenue and rapid organizational growth. In her previous role as Global Managing Director and Vice President of International Operations for Great Place to Work, Ann led the team that provided marketing, business development, product, training and operations management for close to 50 countries worldwide.
