Tony Bond is EVP, Chief Innovation Officer at Great Place to Work®, where he is a key contributor and catalyst for the organization's culture transformation work. In this role, he assures that Great Place to Work's core transformation model is constantly integrating new client insights and developments in culture transformation delivery.

A strategic thinker and proactive listener, Tony is adept at using a systems thinking approach to affect positive change at the organization, team and individual leader levels. His eye for detail and talent for thinking outside the box have enabled him to help companies solve complex issues with innovative approaches. Tony is able to leverage his corporate experience in leading complex business units in sales, marketing, human resources, operations and finance to address today's complex business challenges.

Tony is an excellent communicator, who excels at showing others how to recognize and change behavioral patterns in workplaces. He is passionate about equipping leaders with the knowledge and steps they must take to create a workplace environment where employees grow professionally and make positive contributions to business objectives.

Tony holds a Master's Degree in Positive Organizational Development from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH and is also a Certified Executive Coach. He is skilled at using methodologies, such as Design Thinking and Integrative Thinking to drive innovation in organizations.

Tony is very interested in the strategy of creating shared value by identifying and addressing social problems that intersect with business objectives. He has lead community efforts to address food insecurity in urban areas as consulted on large-scaled community wealth building strategies including the Evergreen Cooperatives in Cleveland Ohio. Tony personally enjoys spending time with his family music, enjoying the outdoors and mentoring young adults.
