British American Business hosts forum for Small and Medium Enterprises

New York, NY - March 7, 2012 – Great Place to Work is pleased to announce that Senior Vice President of Business Development Erin Moran will be participating in an expert panel on Employee Engagement at an event dedicated to Small and Medium Enterprises hosted by British American Business.

The event, Employee Engagement: The Hidden Key to Success Small & Medium Enterprise Forum, will focus on how creating an environment which breeds eager and passionate employees is critical, particularly for small-midsized businesses. This forum will cover strategies and trends for encouraging employee engagement, including: how to identify high impact focus areas and best practices, manage the perception of trust between employees & management, and innovative ways to align company culture with employee values and interests.

Erin Moran will be providing her expertise on helping clients to deliver intended employee value propositions, executive coaching and improving business results through company culture.
