Great Place to Work and Wayin Partner to Offer Customers Instantaneous Employee Engagement Diagnostics

Pulse Surveys Help Leaders Routinely Monitor the Health of their Organization’s Workplace and Employees’ Level of Trust

SAN FRANCISCO and Denver, Colo. – May 22, 2012 – Wayin, an online social engagement service, and Great Place to Work®, a global workplace culture consulting and training firm, announced a partnership to provide customers with more frequent employee feedback avenues and deeper insights into department or geographic well-being and needs.

Great Place to Work has set an industry standard model for building employee engagement based on trust.  In the workplace, trust is built through the management-employee relationship and measured through the Trust Index® employee survey. Together with Wayin, Great Place to Work will offer Trust Index pulse surveys to augment the annual employee survey allowing companies to monitor progress in areas in need of improvement. Great Place to Work supports organizations to develop and implement a remediation plan, using Wayin’s polling technology to check the pulse to measure progress, reevaluate the action plan and ensure it is effective.
