Travailler chez Elevation Church
Each week we gather for Staff Rally and it looks a little different each time. From staff development teachings to sharing stories of life change to arm wrestling contests — we know that the time spent together is well worth the culture it produces.
Celebrate! We always take the time to celebrate what God is doing in and through our church.
Work Hard, Play Hard. We believe in working hard and having fun. From our staff fitness challenges to our game of the month, we're intentional about keeping our competitive spirit alive.
Camp Juggernaut. We want our kids to grow up loving ministry so each year we do a special camp for our Staff Kids. It’s always a fun-filled week and includes a serving project with one of our outreach partners.
Family Fun Day. Each year, instead of a Staff Retreat we have a Staff Advance (we believe the Church never retreats and should always be moving forward). On the last day, we have a huge family fun day including an epic belly flop contest.
Every year during Love Week thousands in our church serve alongside our outreach partners for a week of compassion, unity, selflessness, and service. Together we serve with more than 100 organizations. We believe in making the name of Jesus famous through our service.
