Instead, it is created at the moment of contact in every interaction among an employee and those with whom he or she works day to day. In this interactive session, attendees will examine the distinguishing characteristics of a culture of trust and explore the importance of aligning the core competencies for leaders and employees to those characteristics to ensure that talent development strategies connect directly to the culture.
