Session date/time : TBD
The Millennial generation is the largest in US history, and Generation Z will be entering the workforce over the next few years. These groups are motivated by a different value system—one that emphasizes flexibility, purpose-driven work, and the ability to create a successful career while also living a meaningful personal life.
Deloitte’s new Family Leave program came about, in part, based on a recent pulse survey of U.S. workers which found that 88% of the respondents would value a broader paid leave policy to include family care beyond parental leave. For organizations to stay competitive in the war on talent and generate loyalty among their professionals, they need to listen to their professionals and adapt and evolve their benefits to match what their people value most, throughout their entire life journey.
