As the Employee Relations Specialist for H&M Canada, Jessica Gabriel is on a mission to be at the forefront of the retail industry in the area of People Analytics. Jessica has over 7 years of progressive experience in the area of employee relations and human resources and has recently partnered with the Great Place to Work Institute as an early adopter in applying advanced people analytics to assess the organizational culture of H&M with the company’s key performance indicators. Today, Jessica works to ensure that H&M Canada is a great place to work by partnering with managers and people leaders to achieve strong employee engagement, innovative initiatives in employee recognition and leading in employee training and coaching.
