Prior to Hilton, Laura led workforce analytics, recruitment and compensation for Capital One Financial, and worked at McKinsey & Company in Madrid, New York and Washington D.C.. Laura holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from University of Virginia, M.S. in Structural Engineering from University of Texas at Austin and M.B.A. from Columbia University.
