Lindel Fields
Superintendent and CEO, Tri-County Technology Center
Lindel Fields is the Superintendent and CEO of Tri County Tech in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. He joined Tri County in 1999 and was named Superintendent and CEO in July of 2009.
His first action was to draft Vision 2020, which was a bold vision intended to establish Tri County as one of the premier education institutions in the United States.
As a result of his leadership, Tri County Tech has earned several notable achievements. These include being named as one of Oklahoma’s Best Places to work four years in a row, reaching number two in 2014; the Bartlesville Chamber of Commerce’s Frank Phillips Award in 2013; in 2014 Tri County received the prestigious “Excellence” Award from the Oklahoma Quality Foundation; in 2015 and 2016 Tri County was named as one Fortune’s top 100 places to work for Women and Giving Back.
In October 2016, Tri County was named to Fortune’s Top Places to Work for Small and Medium Companies.
Lindel is very involved in the community. He served as the President of the Bartlesville Regional United Way Board of Directors in 2016; he is a member of the Bartlesville Rotary Club where he served as President in 2011; and he currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Jane Phillips Medical Center and the Oklahoma State Chamber.
Lindel is a certified John Maxwell Speaker, Trainer and Coach who is passionate about the subject of Leadership and often speaks on the “Leadership Gap”.
