He has worked globally in industries such as education, engineering, fashion, financial services, government, healthcare, non-profit, oil and gas, recreation, retail, and technology. Paul holds a B.A. in English from Gettysburg College in Gettysburg, PA; a M.A. in English from The College of New Jersey in Trenton, NJ; and a M.S. in Positive Organization Development and Change from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. He is also a Fuse Corps Executive Fellow and an International Coach Federation Certified Executive Coach. In addition to his degrees, Paul has certifications in a number of organizational change tools including several culture assessments, design thinking/innovation, Appreciative Inquiry, emotional intelligence 360s, and more.
