He also leads and supports delivery of client-specific research and consulting projects. Ron has over 35 years of experience as a business leader, consultant and research professional.
Ron’s expertise and experience span organizational culture, employee engagement, talent management, leadership development and change management. He has developed and implemented employee and organizational assessment models, programs and services for a wide range of clients in the private and public sectors; and, led large-scale organizational transformation projects integrating leading edge services and tools for enhanced business results.
Ron has also written articles and presented at numerous conferences on great workplaces, organizational agility, corporate culture, employee engagement, change management, talent management and advanced analytics.
