There is no micro-management! You take your breaks when you want, you go to the bathroom when you need to. Management is seen; they come around almost daily to say, "Hi, how's it going, and how are you today?" Management is approachable! Best of all are the benefits and perks! We get an abundance of PTO that you can actually use, medical/dental/vision are all very affordable, the company gives away tickets to EAA, Waterfest, Timber Rattlers, LifeFest, and many more community events.
