We celebrate each other's accomplishments and folks are always happy to chip in to help on a project requiring assistance. I never feel like I'm bothering anyone when I need information or assistance. The company makes it clear that folks should prioritize their wellbeing--take a walk in the middle of the day if you need to, don't work on PTO, use PTO, work flexible hours if needed to accommodate for school pickup/drop-off, doctor's appointments, etc. I feel that I have the flexibility needed to succeed and be happy here.
