Nothing quite like the excitement that builds when a beer cart rolls through the office. Pictured here is our HR team who sponsored a beer cart Thursday, bringing with them music, laughter, and plenty of options for an afternoon break with friends.
This June our CEO made a big announcement. For the first time in years, the entire company will come together in Dublin to celebrate our 20 years together, in the place where it all began. We’ll take a look back on our history, and plan for our exciting future!
Showcasing a #MeToo panel as part of this year’s WorkHuman mainstage line-up was a game-changer. What an absolutely powerful, chill-evoking, hopeful, and intimate conversation was had in a room of 3,000. This panel featured Tarana Burke, Simon Sinek, and Ashley Judd.
We celebrated National Donut Day alongside our customer Dunkin’ Donuts. On a personal note, many of us associate donuts with our one and only John Flavin. John works remotely, and we always know when he’s in the office – donuts in the kitchen are a dead giveaway!
When Matt started at Globoforce, he brought a tradition of Waffle Wednesday with him. Once a month, on a Wednesday, the waffle smell permeates through the office. Employees have even supplemented with homemade jams, chocolate, and other fun adds.
Globoforce harnesses the power of community to drive positive change in company cultures across the world. Giving back is a big part of our company culture- each team member has 8 hours of volunteer time to give to a cause they are passionate about.
