Life at Power Design, Inc.
We took our annual PDIFamily fest back to Amalie Arena for a SUPER Power Outage where we had food, drinks, fun, superheroes and our annual dodgeball tournament!
We put a holiday spin on our annual BBQ Brawl. In true PDI style, teams showed us how they holiday, taking it to the next level to cook, stir and jingle their way to raising more than $31,000 for five charities!
We hold quarterly PM Pulse meetings for our operations team where they can ask questions, get advice, participate in sports challenges and even happy hour.
Major skills deserve a major name, so we rebranded our coordination department, and threw them a party officially introducing them as Virtual Design and Construction.
We like to award our employees for doing a good job by inviting them to participate in First Friday challenges like this one, where you had to shoot a hockey puck into the goal for the chance to win $1,000.
We spun into the summer with an outdoor spin class by the lake!
At this year’s Costume Contest, we asked everyone to go a little MAD for our Alice in Wonderland-themed party, where we had performances featuring everything from Lady Gaga and DJ Khaled to Grease and Beetlejuice!
