Life at California Charter Schools Association
CCSA's Annual Conference, an event for more than 4,000 charter school community members, is famous for its Wednesday night theme party. This year, the theme was \"March Through the Decades\" and attendees were given wigs from different eras to wear.
CCSA offers organization-wide professional development each year based on staff interests. This year, staff asked for a training on project management skills.
CCSA hosts an All Staff Retreat twice a year to help our staff connect with each other and build their foundational knowledge of the organization. This retreat was held in La Quinta, CA.
CCSA recently celebrated the expansion of our office in Sacramento, CA with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
CCSA treats our new hires to a personalized tour of California's State Capitol as part of our new employee orientation program.
