A sneak peek at the 2011 Best SME Workplaces

Anticipation is mounting as we begin the month-long countdown to October 18 – the day entrepreneur.com publishes the Great Place to Work^® Rankings: 2011 Best Small and Medium Workplaces. While we can’t announce who has made the list just yet, we can give you a sneak peek at what to expect from the nation’s Best Small and Medium Companies this year…

Many of this year’s list-makers have taken a holistic view of the company goals and employee work-life balance. They’ve understood that an organization’s success relies on the success of its individuals. They’ve taken to heart that in order to succeed they’ve got to give some heart - through programs that show they truly care about and support employees. Consider these gems of perks we’ve found this year: limitless vacation time, access to the company airplane for emergencies and scholarships for family members, to name a few.
