In a recent research study, we scored Great Place to Work best companies on how consistently high-trust their culture is for everyone in the organization – no matter who they are or what they do in the company. We found that each score point corresponded to a .35% increase in annual revenue growth for that company. The ROI calculator builds on this research by multiplying a company’s given revenue with .35% revenue growth and with the expected improvement in culture – the difference in score in our study between the average company and the top company score.
