This is a large company but it feels like a small company or even a family owned company. Announcements are sent out with a picture when a baby is born. Birthday calendars are sent out monthly. Lunches are provided for no reason just because. Picnics and other family orientated gatherings are given to the employees too. They truly go above and beyond for all of us. They show their appreciation for hard work and dedication to all employees. There is very little turn over here. People love their job and enjoy coming to work each day. I can not say enough great things about Kast or the upper management that keeps us going and growing.
