Life at Hilti, Inc.
We believe it is important to take time out to build a strong culture. That's why we often travel our teams in to spent time together and to team build. Here, a team does a cooking workshop together during a semi-annual meeting.
To celebrate International Women's Day in March, women around Hilti posted photos of themselves in the \"Rosie the Riveter\" stance, along with stories that inspire them to be proud to work as women in construction.
At Basic Training Seminar, members of our sales team receive industry-leading training about different product and service offerings.
Team members hang out in the open game room in our Plano office. Each office has Wi-Fi throughout and open spaces so that team members can collaborate, work and relax wherever they choose.
The East Market Organization attends an offsite Team Camp. Each Hilti team attends a Team Camp - part of Our Culture Journey - once every 12-18 months.
